RETURNS

Grover & Grover offers a Fit Guarantee refund policy. If a customer’s garments do not fit properly, Grover & Grover will either alter the garment or remake a new garment to assure that we provide a garment that fits.

In the case that the garment(s) has been remade or altered multiple times and the garment(s) are still ill-fitting then the customer will receive a full refund for that garment(s).

Grover & Grover reserves the right to deny remake requests in circumstances where alterations can be completed locally. Items cannot be remade based on “preferred” customization changes. Individuals are responsible for return shipping costs of remade items.

Due to limited fabric supply, some items may be unavailable to be remade and you may be asked to choose an alternative fabric for your remake order of equal or lesser value.

RETURN POLICY

To be considered eligible for a refund, a refund claim must be submitted within 15 days of an order’s pick-up date.

Grover & Grover will only accept returned items that are in good and unworn condition.

Grover & Grover has the right to deny the issuance of a refund to an item that’s believed to be previously worn, altered by a third-party tailor, or damaged.

Grover & Grover will not accept items that have been altered or adjusted in any way by a third-party tailor.

Any items returned to Grover & Grover that do not meet the aforementioned requirements will be sent back to the client without a refund.

If your items were purchased with a Coupon or Gift Certificate, the Coupon or Gift Certificate will be refunded/reimbursed before any other payment source.

You must return all items purchased as part of a promotion to receive a full refund. Kept items will be charged a full market value.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Customer’s orders are delivered within 4-6 weeks via DHL to our location, where they are reviewed.

Customer’s orders can be shipped directly to them for an additional $15 USD shipping charge.

Customers are automatically alerted when their order is in the showroom via email or phone. If a customer chooses to be alerted through alternate mediums (i.e. phone, alternate email) they must notify their stylist or our corporate office at (646) 480-4871 or info@grovergrover.com.

FREE SHIPPING

Grover & Grover does not offer free shipping. All customers are responsible for any shipping charges if they wish to have their orders shipped directly to them.

DELIVERED WITHIN 4-6 WEEKS

Grover & Grover garments are bespoke and delivered within 4-6 weeks.

(Orders placed during peak holiday seasons, such as, Thanksgiving Day, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas, New Years, and during Chinese New Year may take up to 6-8 weeks due to an increase in orders.)

Grover & Grover does ship internationally and the consumer will be notified of any shipping charges before any shipments are sent out.

Customers will be responsible for any shipping charges outside of the United States, if they choose to have us ship something internationally.

PAYMENT & INQUIRIES

All payments must be made in full when the customer places their order with a Grover & Grover stylist.

Payment Safety

Grover & Grover takes many active steps to ensure the absolute safety of your credit card and personal information. We process all credit cards via a fully secured and reputable third-party payment processor and do not keep full credit card information on record, unless authorized by our customer to do so.

MEASUREMENTS

In order to make the best garments possible, Grover & Grover uses your body measurements to create a completely custom-made suit that’s meant to fit. We guide you through our online measurement process step-by-step with easy to follow videos. It only takes 15 minutes and can be done from the comfort of your own home, office or hotel room.

You’ll be prompted to get measured once you’re ready to checkout – after choosing from a full selection of suits, shirts and outerwear and customizing the details to match your style.

Once your order is placed, one of our Style Consultants will take your body measurements and create a custom-made garment just for you.

ALTERATIONS

Choose a local tailor. We’ll pick up the cost.

Up to $50 USD for suits and $15 USD for a shirt with a copy of a receipt from your local tailor.

Need alterations? We’re here to help. We suggest that you first email us at info@grovergrover.com so that we can provide you with an objective second opinion of how your garments fit. You’ll get personal attention from one of our Smart Tailors, who will make suggestions on how to best improve the fit of your custom clothes. When you look good, we look good!

Alterations are available within 15 days of receiving your custom-made product. We offer up to $50 in alterations credit per custom suit and $15 in alterations credit for all other custom-made items outside of the 21 day policy. Just bring the Grover & Grover Alterations Form to your local tailor and have him/her note the adjustments.

Remember to keep your receipt as you’ll need a photo or a scan of it to qualify for the alterations credit. Once you have your alterations form and receipt ready, please send us an email at info@grovergrover.com. We’ll process the credit and adjust your measurement profile so that we can perfect your fit on future orders.
